COVID Safety at our Practice
If you have COVID-related symptoms, including (but not limited to) a cough, cold, flu, fever, runny nose, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, (or a combination of these) and/or have been in close contact with a confirmed positive case, please do not present to our Centre in person. Please contact our Reception staff on (03) 5229 7999 if you would like any further information.
All patients are screened via phone by our reception staff prior to or on the day of face to face appointments. Patient cooperation and understanding with this process is appreciated.
Masks
To continue protecting our doctors and staff, it is recommended that all patients wear an appropriate mask while attending our centre.
Depending on your symptoms, a doctor or staff member may ask you to wear one, to ensure the comfort of other patients.
We ask that you bring and recommend wearing your own mask. You can purchase a mask from our centre for a Gold Coin Donation, which goes to a nominated charity.
COVID Vaccinations
Our centre is not currently offering COVID Vaccinations.
Telephone Consultations
The doctors at Geelong Marketplace offer telephone consultations for established patients. This means that you can stay home, and still get the high quality consultations to which you are accustomed on site. This cannot be booked online as conditions apply. Please call our friendly reception staff to discuss.
